Mashed Potato 50% (Potato, Butter (Milk), Double Cream (Milk), Salt*, Peppercorns, Fish Sauce 50% (Milk, Cod* (Fish) 34%, Smoked Haddock* (Fish) 11%, Vermouth (Sulphites)), Spinach, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron*, Thiamine*, Niacin*), Butter (Milk), Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Salt*, Cayenne Pepper, Dill.

Cooking Guidelines: Remove outer sleeve. Remove film, place on a baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at (180⁰C, Gas Mark 4) for 25 minutes, from frozen cook for 45 minutes. or in a microwave according to manufacturer’s instructions. Always ensure the meal is piping not throughout. We recommend a core temperature of at least 75⁰C for a minimum of two minutes. Do not reheat. After cooking leave to rest for 4 minutes before serving. Instructions are a guide only, ovens and microwaves vary, always ensure the meal is piping hot.
Storage: Fresh - keep chilled below 4°C and consume by Use By date - see side of sleeve. Suitable for home freezing | Freeze - before Use By date | Frozen - store below -18°C and consume within 12 months of Use By date - see side of sleeve.
