Cooking Guidelines: Remove outer sleeve, remove film, place on baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at (180°C, Gas Mark 4) for 25 minutes or in a microwave according to manufacturer’s instructions. Always ensure the meal is piping hot throughout. We recommend a core temperature of at least 75°C for a minimum of two minutes. Do not reheat.
